Customer Support Representative - assistance programmes (Philadelphia, PA)

Summit Clear Energy provides electricity and gas to households across the Philadelphia region and has more than 1,000 employees. We are hiring a part-time customer support representative to help customers who are struggling with their bills. What you will do • Speak with customers about payment plans, hardship funds and shut-off protections. • Help them complete applications and follow up on their status. • Record calls carefully and escalate difficult cases. What we are looking for • Two or more years in customer service; experience in social services or utilities is a plus. • Patient, kind and able to stay calm on hard calls. Part-time, about 24 hours a week, on site in Philadelphia.
