Customer Success Manager - small-business banking (Austin, TX)

Northwind Cedar Banking Services is an Austin credit union with about 350 employees, serving small businesses and self-employed members. We are hiring a contract customer success manager to help new business members get the most from their accounts. What you will do • Contact new business members in their first 90 days and help with setup, cards and online banking. • Answer questions about fees, loans and eligibility, referring complex matters to lending staff. • Track common problems and share them with product and operations teams. What we are looking for • Two or more years in banking, customer service or account management. • Good judgement on what to escalate, and a warm approach. Contract for eight months, on site in Austin.
