Customer Success Manager - renewals (Tampa, FL)

Bluepeak Oak Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Tampa focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring a Customer Success Manager to take on renewals. You would join a small organisation of about 37 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on field visits issues. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. What we are looking for • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Excellent communication and follow-through. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. Nice to have • Experience with service installations. • Ability to explain technical topics simply. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tampa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
