Customer Success Manager - renewals (Savannah, GA)

Cedar Cobalt Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Savannah, and we need a Customer Success Manager to lead our renewals. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on premium billing issues. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. What we are looking for • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Excellent communication and follow-through. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. Nice to have • Ability to explain technical topics simply. • Experience with customer complaints. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
