Customer Success Manager - renewals (San Jose, CA)

Foxglove Quarry Energy is looking for a Customer Success Manager. The job centres on renewals for service connections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on service connections issues. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Excellent communication and follow-through. Nice to have • Ability to explain technical topics simply. • Experience with billing disputes. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in San Jose, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
