Customer Success Manager - renewals (San Diego, CA)

Summit Linden Banking Services is a community-focused bank in San Diego serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Customer Success Manager to take on renewals. You would join a small organisation of about 124 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on card disputes issues. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. What we are looking for • Excellent communication and follow-through. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. Nice to have • Ability to explain technical topics simply. • Experience with loan files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
