Customer Success Manager - renewals (Reno, NV)

Bright Birch Energy is looking for a Customer Success Manager. The job centres on renewals for billing disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on billing disputes issues. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. What we are looking for • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Excellent communication and follow-through. Nice to have • Ability to explain technical topics simply. • Experience with hardship programmes. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Reno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
