Customer Success Manager - renewals (Reno, NV)

Lumen Basin Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Reno focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring a Customer Success Manager to take on renewals. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Reno. What you will do • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on field visits issues. What we are looking for • Excellent communication and follow-through. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. Nice to have • Experience with network equipment. • Ability to explain technical topics simply. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
