Customer Success Manager - renewals (Reno, NV)

Bluepeak Rook Financial is looking for a Customer Success Manager. The job centres on renewals for loan applications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 48 people based in Reno. What you will do • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on loan applications issues. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Excellent communication and follow-through. Nice to have • Experience with vendor spend. • Ability to explain technical topics simply. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Reno. • We reply to every applicant.
