Customer Success Manager - renewals (remote)

Northwind Cobalt Insurance Group is an insurance company in Las Vegas with claims and service teams, and we need a Customer Success Manager to lead our renewals. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on premium billing issues. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. What we are looking for • Excellent communication and follow-through. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. Nice to have • Experience with underwriting files. • Ability to explain technical topics simply. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
