Customer Success Manager - renewals (remote)

Clearpath Studio is looking for a Customer Success Manager. The job centres on renewals for candidate screening, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on candidate screening issues. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Excellent communication and follow-through. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. Nice to have • Ability to explain technical topics simply. • Experience with timekeeping. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
