Customer Success Manager - renewals (remote)

Lumen Meadow Markets is looking for a Customer Success Manager. The job centres on renewals for shrink and waste, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 133 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on shrink and waste issues. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. What we are looking for • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Excellent communication and follow-through. Nice to have • Experience with online orders. • Ability to explain technical topics simply. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
