Customer Success Manager - renewals (remote)

Westbrook Ember Staffing Group is looking for a Customer Success Manager. The job centres on renewals for onboarding, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on onboarding issues. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. What we are looking for • Excellent communication and follow-through. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. Nice to have • Ability to explain technical topics simply. • Experience with client orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
