Customer Success Manager - renewals (remote)

Cedar Mill Telecom is a telecommunications provider in El Paso focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need a Customer Success Manager to lead our renewals. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on customer tickets issues. What we are looking for • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Excellent communication and follow-through. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. Nice to have • Ability to explain technical topics simply. • Experience with outage reports. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
