Customer Success Manager - renewals (remote)

Ironwood West Banking Services is a regional lender in San Jose with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need a Customer Success Manager to lead our renewals. You would join a small organisation of about 152 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on fraud alerts issues. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. What we are looking for • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Excellent communication and follow-through. Nice to have • Experience with account openings. • Ability to explain technical topics simply. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
