Customer Success Manager - renewals (remote)

Summit River Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Charlotte. We are hiring a Customer Success Manager to take on renewals. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on store inventory issues. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. What we are looking for • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Excellent communication and follow-through. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. Nice to have • Experience with pricing. • Ability to explain technical topics simply. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
