Customer Success Manager - renewals (remote)

Highbridge Ivory Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Tampa, and we need a Customer Success Manager to lead our renewals. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on customer tickets issues. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. What we are looking for • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Excellent communication and follow-through. Nice to have • Experience with service installations. • Ability to explain technical topics simply. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
