Customer Success Manager - renewals (remote)

Rivermark Junction Staffing connects candidates and employers across the Pittsburgh region. We are hiring a Customer Success Manager to take on renewals. You would join a large organisation of about 502 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on client orders issues. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Excellent communication and follow-through. Nice to have • Ability to explain technical topics simply. • Experience with candidate screening. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Pittsburgh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
