Customer Success Manager - renewals (remote)

Rivermark Nest Financial Group is a financial-services company in Memphis. We are hiring a Customer Success Manager to take on renewals. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on payment disputes issues. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. What we are looking for • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Excellent communication and follow-through. Nice to have • Ability to explain technical topics simply. • Experience with regulatory reports. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
