Customer Success Manager - renewals (remote)

Greenridge Vale Staffing is looking for a Customer Success Manager. The job centres on renewals for temp assignments, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on temp assignments issues. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. What we are looking for • Excellent communication and follow-through. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. Nice to have • Experience with timekeeping. • Ability to explain technical topics simply. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
