Customer Success Manager - renewals (remote)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Beacon Financial Group and adding a Customer Success Manager whose main responsibility will be renewals. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on vendor spend issues. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Excellent communication and follow-through. Nice to have • Ability to explain technical topics simply. • Experience with customer onboarding. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
