Customer Success Manager - renewals (remote)

Amberfield Maple Insurance is looking for a Customer Success Manager. The job centres on renewals for claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on claims issues. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. What we are looking for • Excellent communication and follow-through. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. Nice to have • Ability to explain technical topics simply. • Experience with customer complaints. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
