Customer Success Manager - renewals (Raleigh, NC)

Westbrook Stone Banking Services is a regional lender in Raleigh with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need a Customer Success Manager to lead our renewals. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on deposit accounts issues. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. What we are looking for • Excellent communication and follow-through. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. Nice to have • Experience with fraud alerts. • Ability to explain technical topics simply. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Raleigh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
