Customer Success Manager - renewals (Omaha, NE)

Clearpath Thistle Insurance Group is looking for a Customer Success Manager. The job centres on renewals for policy renewals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on policy renewals issues. What we are looking for • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Excellent communication and follow-through. Nice to have • Experience with customer complaints. • Ability to explain technical topics simply. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Omaha. • We reply to every applicant.
