Customer Success Manager - renewals (Oakland, CA)

Summit Willow Insurance is an insurance company in Oakland with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Customer Success Manager to take on renewals. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on policy renewals issues. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. What we are looking for • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Excellent communication and follow-through. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. Nice to have • Experience with underwriting files. • Ability to explain technical topics simply. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Oakland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
