Customer Success Manager - renewals (Oakland, CA)

Foxglove Ridge Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Oakland. We are hiring a Customer Success Manager to take on renewals. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Oakland. What you will do • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on underwriting files issues. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. What we are looking for • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Excellent communication and follow-through. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. Nice to have • Ability to explain technical topics simply. • Experience with premium billing. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Oakland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
