Customer Success Manager - renewals (New Orleans, LA)

Cedar Wren Energy is an energy provider in New Orleans focused on reliable service and fair billing, and we need a Customer Success Manager to lead our renewals. Reliability is the job, and people here take pride in answering the phone at 3 a.m. when needed. What you will do • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on hardship programmes issues. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. What we are looking for • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Excellent communication and follow-through. Nice to have • Experience with usage data. • Ability to explain technical topics simply. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in New Orleans. • We reply to every applicant.
