Customer Success Manager - renewals (Miami, FL)

Highbridge Cross Energy Group delivers power and gas plans across the Miami region. We are hiring a Customer Success Manager to take on renewals. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on meter readings issues. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. What we are looking for • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Excellent communication and follow-through. Nice to have • Ability to explain technical topics simply. • Experience with outage response. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Miami, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
