Customer Success Manager - renewals (Madison, WI)

We are growing our team at Redstone Glen Energy and adding a Customer Success Manager whose main responsibility will be renewals. Reliability is the job, and people here take pride in answering the phone at 3 a.m. when needed. What you will do • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on outage response issues. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. What we are looking for • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Excellent communication and follow-through. Nice to have • Ability to explain technical topics simply. • Experience with billing disputes. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Madison, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
