Customer Success Manager - renewals (Las Vegas, NV)

Bright Maple Staffing is looking for a Customer Success Manager. The job centres on renewals for candidate screening, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Speed and follow-up matter. What you will do • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on candidate screening issues. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. What we are looking for • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Excellent communication and follow-through. Nice to have • Experience with timekeeping. • Ability to explain technical topics simply. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
