Customer Success Manager - renewals (Indianapolis, IN)

Amberfield Insurance is looking for a Customer Success Manager. The job centres on renewals for underwriting files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on underwriting files issues. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Excellent communication and follow-through. Nice to have • Ability to explain technical topics simply. • Experience with customer complaints. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
