Customer Success Manager - renewals (Fresno, CA)

Foxglove Stone Energy Group is looking for a Customer Success Manager. The job centres on renewals for hardship programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on hardship programmes issues. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. What we are looking for • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Excellent communication and follow-through. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. Nice to have • Experience with meter readings. • Ability to explain technical topics simply. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
