Customer Success Manager - renewals (El Paso, TX)

Lumen Cedar Banking Services is a community-focused bank in El Paso serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Customer Success Manager to take on renewals. You would join a small organisation of about 33 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on card disputes issues. What we are looking for • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Excellent communication and follow-through. Nice to have • Ability to explain technical topics simply. • Experience with branch operations. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
