Customer Success Manager - renewals (El Paso, TX)

Rivermark Iron Financial is a financial-services company in El Paso, and we need a Customer Success Manager to lead our renewals. You would join a small organisation of about 59 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on payment disputes issues. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. What we are looking for • Excellent communication and follow-through. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory reports. • Ability to explain technical topics simply. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
