Customer Success Manager - renewals (Denver, CO)

Bluepeak River Financial Group provides savings, lending and payment services from Denver. We are hiring a Customer Success Manager to take on renewals. You would join a small organisation of about 39 people based in Denver. What you will do • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on customer onboarding issues. What we are looking for • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Excellent communication and follow-through. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. Nice to have • Experience with vendor spend. • Ability to explain technical topics simply. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
