Customer Success Manager - renewals (Columbus, OH)

Nova North Staffing places workers with employers around Columbus, and we need a Customer Success Manager to lead our renewals. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on timekeeping issues. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. What we are looking for • Excellent communication and follow-through. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. Nice to have • Experience with candidate screening. • Ability to explain technical topics simply. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
