Customer Success Manager - renewals (Columbus, OH)

Summit Ridge Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Columbus. We are hiring a Customer Success Manager to take on renewals. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on claims issues. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. What we are looking for • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Excellent communication and follow-through. Nice to have • Experience with catastrophe response. • Ability to explain technical topics simply. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Columbus, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
