Customer Success Manager - renewals (Columbus, OH)

Greenridge Sable Financial serves customers across Columbus with accounts, loans and payments. We are hiring a Customer Success Manager to take on renewals. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on vendor spend issues. What we are looking for • Excellent communication and follow-through. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. Nice to have • Ability to explain technical topics simply. • Experience with account servicing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Columbus, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
