Customer Success Manager - renewals (Colorado Springs, CO)

Rivermark Lantern Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Colorado Springs, and we need a Customer Success Manager to lead our renewals. You would join a small organisation of about 75 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on underwriting files issues. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Excellent communication and follow-through. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. Nice to have • Experience with catastrophe response. • Ability to explain technical topics simply. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
