Customer Success Manager - renewals (Colorado Springs, CO)

Summit Quarry Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Colorado Springs area, and we need a Customer Success Manager to lead our renewals. We invest in training. What you will do • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on network equipment issues. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. What we are looking for • Excellent communication and follow-through. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. Nice to have • Ability to explain technical topics simply. • Experience with service installations. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
