Customer Success Manager - renewals (Cleveland, OH)

Silverline Sparrow Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Cleveland focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring a Customer Success Manager to take on renewals. We invest in training. What you will do • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on customer tickets issues. What we are looking for • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Excellent communication and follow-through. Nice to have • Ability to explain technical topics simply. • Experience with outage reports. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
