Customer Success Manager - renewals (Charlotte, NC)

Foxglove Glen Banking Services is looking for a Customer Success Manager. The job centres on renewals for account openings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on account openings issues. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. What we are looking for • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Excellent communication and follow-through. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. Nice to have • Experience with deposit accounts. • Ability to explain technical topics simply. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Charlotte, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
