Customer Success Manager - renewals (Atlanta, GA)

Highbridge Union Banking Services is a regional lender in Atlanta with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a Customer Success Manager to take on renewals. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on deposit accounts issues. What we are looking for • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Excellent communication and follow-through. Nice to have • Ability to explain technical topics simply. • Experience with branch operations. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
