Customer Success Manager - renewals (Atlanta, GA)

Foxglove Clear Energy Partners is an energy provider in Atlanta focused on reliable service and fair billing, and we need a Customer Success Manager to lead our renewals. Reliability is the job, and people here take pride in answering the phone at 3 a.m. when needed. What you will do • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on hardship programmes issues. What we are looking for • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Excellent communication and follow-through. Nice to have • Ability to explain technical topics simply. • Experience with meter readings. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
