Customer Success Manager - renewals (Anchorage, AK)

Westbrook Pike Staffing is a Anchorage staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles, and we need a Customer Success Manager to lead our renewals. You would join a small organisation of about 46 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on timekeeping issues. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Excellent communication and follow-through. Nice to have • Ability to explain technical topics simply. • Experience with retention. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Anchorage. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
