Customer Success Manager - renewals (Albuquerque, NM)

Ironwood Summit Insurance is looking for a Customer Success Manager. The job centres on renewals for catastrophe response, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on catastrophe response issues. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. What we are looking for • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Excellent communication and follow-through. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. Nice to have • Ability to explain technical topics simply. • Experience with claims. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
