Customer Success Manager - renewals (Albuquerque, NM)

Westbrook Loom Financial Group serves customers across Albuquerque with accounts, loans and payments. We are hiring a Customer Success Manager to take on renewals. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on customer onboarding issues. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. What we are looking for • Excellent communication and follow-through. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. Nice to have • Experience with account servicing. • Ability to explain technical topics simply. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
