Customer Success Manager - online grocery accounts (Boise, ID)

Fernwood Vista Markets is a family-run grocery chain with 12 stores across Idaho, and our online ordering has grown quickly. We are hiring a full-time customer success manager in Boise to keep those customers happy. What you will do • Handle questions and complaints about online orders, substitutions and deliveries. • Work with store managers to fix recurring problems, such as late pickups or missing items. • Track customer feedback and suggest improvements each month. What we are looking for • Two years in customer service, ideally in retail or delivery. • Clear writing and a friendly phone manner. Full-time, on site in Boise with some weekend shifts.
