Customer Success Manager - onboarding (Virginia Beach, VA)

Rivermark Stone Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Virginia Beach focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need a Customer Success Manager to lead our onboarding. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on field visits issues. What we are looking for • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Excellent communication and follow-through. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. Nice to have • Ability to explain technical topics simply. • Experience with outage reports. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Virginia Beach, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
