Customer Success Manager - onboarding (Salt Lake City, UT)

Westbrook Bright Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Salt Lake City. We are hiring a Customer Success Manager to take on onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 46 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on regulatory reports issues. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. What we are looking for • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Excellent communication and follow-through. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. Nice to have • Experience with vendor spend. • Ability to explain technical topics simply. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
